2. What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number
Your home address (so we can attend your appointment)
Booking details — session type, date and time
Anything you choose to tell us (e.g. notes about your visit). Please avoid sharing sensitive health details through this form; any health information you do provide is treated as special-category data and used only to deliver your care.
For the waiting list: the dates and times you prefer

3. Why we use it & legal basis

To manage and deliver your appointments — legal basis: performance of a contract.
To send confirmations and reminders — performance of a contract / legitimate interest.
Waiting-list notifications — your consent, given when you join the list.

4. Who processes your data for us

We use trusted providers solely to run this service: Railway (secure hosting & database), Apple iCloud (calendar) and Google Gmail (sending emails). They process your data only on our behalf. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records only as long as necessary for our records and any legal obligations, then delete them. Waiting-list entries are removed once they are no longer relevant or on request.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Email jaimeganancia@gmail.com to exercise any of these. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, aepd.es).

7. Cookies

The booking pages use only essential cookies needed to make booking work. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
